StarVie Factory
Our Factory opened its doors in 2013 in Azuqueca de Henares, near Madrid (Spain). After years of investing money and hard work, we are currently producing more than 30.000 padel racquets per year.
Made in Spain
StarVie is one of the few brands that produce its racquets in Spain and it allows us to control every single aspect of our production.
Our workers are highly specialised and are present in the 99% of the production process.
From the beginning
We create our padel racquets from scratch: from selecting materials and creating moulds until we place the grip.
All the process to produce a StarVie racquet is divided in 9 stages that it can take from 10 to 15 days to be finished depending on the model.
Handmade process
The production of our racquets is strictly handcrafted except for the drilling which is done through a digital numeric control.
Our own production allow us to have a thorough control of each and every stage that it takes to produce a single racquet and it guarantees the maximum quality of our products.
Sustainable production
Quality is the cornerstone of StarVie racquets and our quality system is registered to ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 for our Factory in Azuqueca de Hernares since 2017. ISO 14001:2015 certifies our environmental management system while ISO 9001:2015 certifies our quality system process.
