RACHET SHAPE BASICALLY AFFECTS IN TWO WAYS RACKETS’ FEATURES:

As you can notice in the picture above, round rackets have their weight balance close to the handle. This feature provides comfort and helps to move the racket with less effort. We feel the racket is easy to move so that we can do fast movements, such as volleys, with high-speed.
Another feature of this sort of rackets is that their sweet spot is centered and bigger than other shapes. This feature provides a better control of the ball and helps us to be more precise in our shots.
DIAMOND RACKETS:
Quite the opposite, diamond rackets have their weight balance close to racket’s head. In this case this feature plus the gravity force allow us to supply an extra energy to our smashes.
On the other hand, their sweet spot is smaller and located on the top of the racket which it means we will need some technique so that we can effectively manage the racket.
TEAR RACKETS:
Tear rackets are a mix of above rackets features. These rackets are designed for those players who look for an extra power in their smashes without losing much control.
